Is there a bus from Disney Studios to Downtown Disney? Planning to meet relatives for lunch at DD and then return to park. Is this easy to do, or do we need to catch bus at Beach Club or another resort?

    Hi, Kirsten!

There is not a direct bus from Hollywood Studios to Downtown Disney.  Your best bet would be to catch a bus from the Studios to Saratoga Springs.  From there, you can walk over to Downtown Disney or wait for another bus to shuttle you over.  Allow about 45 minutes travel time.

If you find you are running late, you can always grab a taxi outside the gates of Hollywood Studios.  For a fare of around $20, you can zoom over to Downtown Disney in about 15 minutes.

Whichever route you choose, enjoy your fun lunch in Downtown Disney (and hopefully schedule in some time for shopping!)

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
