Hiya Sharon - welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with your question today. As panelists, we love to help Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical,
Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
With four amazing Theme Parks, oodles of Resorts, two Water Parks, Disney Springs, and so much more, transportation is a super important part of planning a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! As a registered Guest of Disney's Coronado Springs Resort,
you'll have several transportation options available to you.Complimentary bus transportation is currently availably between Coronado Springs and Magic Kingdom Park, as well as between Coronado Springs Resort and Disney Springs. Buses typically begin operating 30 to 60 minutes before the destination opens, and usually arrive every 20 to 30 minutes. There are convenient digital monitors at the bus stop to help you see when your bus is estimated to arrive. Of note, busses are currently unavailable between Disney Springs and any of the four Theme Parks, though this could change in the future.
If waiting for a bus isn't in the cards, you can also use the Lyft app to reserve the
Disney Minnie Van service! For a fee, you and your crew will have private transportation from Coronado Springs to the location of your choice at Walt Disney World Resort. This is a great option when waiting just won't do, or if the busses are especially busy.
When you're at
Disney Springs, be sure to check out their brand new ice cream shop,
Salt & Straw. Their flavors are so unique - I had deviled egg ice cream on my last visit, and nothing beats ice cream on a hot Florida day!
I hope this information is helpful -
let us know when other questions arise!
