Are the bunk beds at Animal Kingdom Lodge twin beds? Are they long enough for an adult to sleep in them?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Elisabeth, we thank you for your excellent question!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge is simply outstanding! The authentic theming and stunning views of the savannas are like no other, Elisabeth; you’ve made a stellar choice of Disney Resort hotels. Best of all, you’ll enjoy unique benefits and many magical experiences during your stay.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and I was in a Guest Room that had the Bunk Beds and can attest to the fact that they are Twin beds and do fit an adult in length and are comfortable, rest assured. You’ll revel in the beautiful wood designs and detailing throughout the Resort hotel and your Guest Room, not to mention over 30 species of exotic, African wildlife just outside your window!

Elisabeth, have you heard about all the excitement at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park with the land, Pandora – The World of Avatar? Having experienced this too, I cannot express in words how incredible my visit was, especially at night, where bioluminescence lit the entire land.

Mom's Tip: Head down to The Mara and look for the delectable little Zebra Domes- a most yummy dessert!

We hope this information is helpful, don’t forget to customize your plans with My Disney Experience to optimize your visit and we wish you many magical adventures!
