Boo to you, Jennifer, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you’re ready for some happy haunting, because you’ve come to the right place!
I’m sorry to hEAR you’re disappointed about Mickey’s Halloween Party leaving Disneyland Park and being transformed into
Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party at Disney California Adventure Park this year. I know changes can be hard, especially when it comes to classic and beloved events such as this. On the bright side, I have reviewed the event highlights for Oogie Boogie Bash, and I have to say, it sounds amazing! From the all-new World of Color show, Villainous, to the Disney Villains walk-through experience with spooky surprises lurking in the shadows, and even DescenDance, a dance party featuring popular Characters and hit songs from Disney’s
Descendants films, it seems like there's something for everyone! Plus, the Frightfully Fun Parade lives on, featuring favorite Disney Characters, Villains, and Characters from Tim Burton’s
The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Disneyland Park will still feature the classic
Haunted Mansion Holiday this year, in addition to popular
Halloween Time Characters, and the
Main Street Pumpkin Festival. So, if you purchase a ticket to Disneyland Park in addition to an Oogie Boogie Bash ticket, you will be able to move between the two parks during party hours if you choose to, so long as both parks are open. You can always
check park hours here. With your Oogie Boogie Bash ticket, you’ll be allowed to enter Disney California Adventure Park up to three or four hours before the party start time, depending on the date.
I hope you are pleasantly surprised by the new addition to Disneyland Resort’s
Halloween Time lineup!
Enjoy a night filled with frightful fun at the Spookiest Place on Earth!
