Hello Dawn!I know that you must love your Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsaber! Unfortunately, it seems that you do not have a droid to return your Lightsaber to functionality again! As a lightsaber padawan, I have a few areas to look at.The first would be to change the batteries in your Lightsaber. Each Savi's Workshop Lightsaber has 3 AAA batteries in the hilt. I have detailed how to change the batteries in a Savi's Workshop Lightsaber for a Guest, which you can follow. Typically, if the Lightsaber does not make a sound or light up, the batteries could be the cause. The second thing that I would check is to remove the Kyber Crystal and reinsert it. The Kyber Crystal is located below the Lightsaber switch. The third area is to remove the lightsaber blade itself and reinstall it.If these three things don't make your Lightsaber spark back to life, then you can contact the Walt Disney World Online Merchandise Guest Support Center at 1-877-560-6477 (9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time from Monday to Friday) or by email at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com.May the Force be with you in your galactic quest to restore your Lightsaber to its former glory!Marc L.
