I built an r/d2 droid at the droid depot but lost the remote control - where can I buy another one?

Bright Suns, Stefany! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm so sorry to hear that you misplaced the remote to your new, custom-built R-Unit from Droid Depot. My little Jedis both built their droid a few months ago and they still roam them all around the house! Of course, I find the remote in every single room, so it's easy to see how you may have lost it.

Stefany, I just spoke with a Cast Member who suggested that you may be able to replace the lost remote by contacting Merchandise Guest Services. You can reach them at (877) 560-6477. They will likely need to see proof of your purchase, like a receipt, to help get you back in business.

I hope this helps you get your little Droid buddy back up and running! Make sure you let your Droid tag along next time you visit Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge! It will still interact with different parts of this immersive world, adding some extra fun to your future visit!

    Lightspeed,
