Hi there, Stephanie! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so excited to hear that you'll be visiting
Walt Disney World Resort in January! Between you and me, I can't think of a better way to kick off a new year. You'll be just in time to experience
The World's Most Magical Celebration before it leaves in March, and the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts will be in full swing for you to enjoy!
After speaking with a Cast Member, I was told that Building 6 at
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort has been refurbished at the time of this writing. While some
Disney Resorts Collection hotels allow you to book accessible rooms, it appears as though this option isn't currently available on the Disney's All-Star Sports Resort page. I spoke to a Cast Member to ask how to best book an accessible room, and she suggested
reaching out to the reservation team at (407) 939-1936 to best assist you with your specific needs. I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust that you're able to reserve just the right room!
Stephanie, be sure to also take a peek at the variety of
services for Guests with mobility needs, such as information on attractions and transportation! We found this very helpful when traveling with a family member who needed a few extra accommodations when visiting the parks. And be sure to make your theme park reservations with the
Disney Park Pass system as soon as you're able to! This is an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip.
If you have any other questions, please visit us again! After all, you've got a friend in me.
See ya real soon!
Michelle
