Which buildings are Preferred Location Buildings at Caribbean Beach Resort?

Greetings Brittany and welcome to planDisney!

My last visit to the magic was a wonderful stay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort! It was my first time staying at this resort and it left a positive vibe on this old Disney grandpa!

Brittany, when I was checking in to my preferred room, I was offered the choices of Barbados, Martinique, "near the bus stop", or "close to the Disney Skyliner". Since I chose Martinique, I'm not sure what the Skyliner or bus stop buildings might be if you choose one of those as your option.  I highly recommend Martinique! It is close to Old Port Royale, the main building and lobby for the resort, and it still feels like it is secluded enough, so you have some privacy. Martinique is also a short walk to Disney's Riviera Resort where I was a frequent visitor for lunch and a few snacks!

Martinique is also a short walk to the Disney Skyliner station at Riviera.  It seemed to me like it was closer than the walk to the Caribbean Beach station on the other end of the resort.

There are multiple bus stations around the resort and Martinique is the first stop to get on the bus and the first one to unload after a busy day at the theme parks.  It was a benefit to get a seat on the bus before it made a handful of stops around the resort to pick up Guests before heading to a theme park.  It also was comforting to know that I was going to be able to be the first one dropped off and headed back to my room or for a late-night swim in the quiet pool that was just around the corner from my room.

Brittany, no matter what room you end up with, make sure you make dining reservations at Sebastian's Bistro. The Island Feast is the highlight of the family style meal, but it's the Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding that keeps me coming back!  Our family just recently tried Sebastian's for the first time, and now we have become frequent visitors! It is a real hidden gem at Walt Disney World!

My planDisney buddies, Sean and Sakinah, both gems, recently spent a relaxing day at Caribbean Beach and here are their vibes from this spectacular resort!

Brittany, have a great adventure and don't forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
