Build a lightsaber at Savi's workshop at Disneyland LA, Galaxys edge lies furthest away inside the park. On the website it says to check in on spot 10 min prior or more. Park opens at 08. Available time to book the event is 08:05. Will it work?

    Bright Suns, Lucas!

I bet you are excited about making a reservation for Savi's Workshop-Handbuilt Lightsabers in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland Park! I had the opportunity to build a Lightsaber at Savi's Workshop with my son and his wife on my Disneyland Resort vacation in November 2021, and I can tell you firsthand that it was amazing! It was a Star Wars religious experience!

Yes, getting to your Savi's Workshop reservation 10 to 15 minutes before your reserved time slot is recommended to check in and choose the style of Lightsaber you desire to build. Typically, Guests are let into Disneyland Park before the official scheduled opening time to wait at the hub in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle, according to my experiences (the hub is closer to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge). I recommend getting to Disneyland Park 15 to 20 minutes before the park is scheduled to open to get through the bag check and ticket booths to be one of the first ones into Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge on that day. You can also tell a Cast Member at the Disneyland Park Gate that you have an 8:05 am Savi's Workshop reservation to see if they allow early entry for reservations on that day. Remember you will need a Park Reservation for Disneyland Park on that particular day of your Savi's Workshop reservation to get into Disneyland Park.

I hope you have a Galactic experience building your Lightsaber! Til' the Spire!
