How does a buffet work when using the dining plan for my 2 year old that will be sharing with me? same plate/share plate etc?

Hello Elizabeth, thanks for stopping by with your question.

Guests under the age of 3 are very special Guests of my pal, Mickey Mouse.  When you are dining with a child under 3 they are free to share meals with you during your vacation.  Even better, at buffet restaurants they can have their own plates and choose from any and all of the offerings.  Isn't that great?  Mama can have her own plate and so can your little one.  At restaurants where each person orders an entree off of the menu, only then will your 2 year old need to share off of someone else's plate if you don't want to pay out of pocket for their meal.

I hope this helps.  If you have any other questions, please come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
