Budget issues. We need a fridge and microwave cheap..not a campsite? Also when it says 2 double or 1 king does anyone know if rooms that offer a king have a cot that can brought in cost? or sleeper sofa?

    HI Christina!

You should look at a Value Resort, especially the Family Suites in the All Stars Resort or the suites in the new Disney's Art of Animation Resort opening this year if you need a refrigerator and a microwave in your room.  Another option is the cabins at Fort Wilderness which actually contain a full kitchen, including pots and pans, etc.  If you can get by with a mini-fridge and no microwave in your room, then you have more options; microwaves are available for guests to use in the Quick Service dining locations at every resort hotels.

However, when I need a refrigerator and a microwave, I also consider staying at the DoubleTree Guest Suites in Downtown Disney.  The suites there are relatively inexpensive and they have a full size refrigerator and microwave.  They also have a sofa bed in the rooms.  However, if you consider staying there, remember that they do not participate in Disney's Magical Express or Extra Magic Hours.  Also, the independent Downtown Disney resorts have their own shuttle buses to and from the theme parks; they don't run as often as Disney buses do.

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any  more questions!
