Welcome to planDisney, Vincent. I'm happy to help you with your question today!
I love that there are so many
different payment options when it comes to paying for your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation...and I only recently learned that PayPal is an accepted payment. How convenient! Now let's see if we can get an answer for you.
Typically, payments sent through PayPal are sent to the merchant right away. However, it can sometimes take a little while for you to receive your confirmation from Disney. Firstly, I'd recommend checking your SPAM, junk, or "Promotions" email folders to see if something just didn't make it into your primary inbox. The next thing I would do is see if your resort reservation and tickets are listed in your
My Disney Experience account. You can do this by selecting "My Plans" from the My Disney Experience menu and scrolling down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." If they are not there and/or PayPal is still listing the transaction as pending after 48 hours, it may be time to
call a friendly Cast Member at the resort to look into your particular circumstance.
Vincent, once everything is squared away, be sure to immediately make those
Theme Park Reservations, which are required for all Guests until January 9, 2024. And since you're going at a very popular time, you'll want to do that as soon as possible to secure the parks you'd like to visit on the days you want to visit them. While this is true for pretty much every day during the last week of the year, it's
especially true for New Year's Eve!
I hope you have an amazing vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to check out the brand-new
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana walkthrough experience in
EPCOT...especially at night!
Please reach out directly to me if you have any other questions.
Just keep wishing,
Matt
