i brought 9 tickets and they are all on my phone. how do i transfer two of them to the people that will need them separately?

    Hello, Mary!

Welcome, and thank you for sending your question to planDisney. I’m glad to hear you’re planning to visit the Disneyland Resort soon!

Your friends should be able to link the tickets you purchased to their own accounts via the app or by logging into their Disney account on Disneyland.com. In the Disneyland mobile app, tap on the icon that looks like three horizontal lines to reach the main menu. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol. Tap “Link Tickets & Passes” and scan the barcode for the ticket with a smartphone camera or enter the ticket ID numbers manually. When exploring the resort with a group, it’s a good idea to be sure all your theme park tickets are linked in advance so you’ll be able to join virtual queue boarding groups once your vacation begins. One of you can do this for everyone’s tickets in order to add your group to the virtual queue, or you can all add each other’s tickets.

If they try these steps and are still unable to link the tickets, I recommend calling the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can assist them further. I hope this helps, and that you’re all well on your way to having a very pixie-dusted visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
