Hi there I brought tickets last year and assigned one to my now ex partner (we no longer talk too). I am going this year and want to re assign the unused tickets to a friend but it won’t let me on the my Disney experience app. Is this possible?

    Hi Emma,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. Your Walt Disney World Vacation will be here before you know it, and I’m so excited for you to be in the middle of the magic!

If a ticket has not been used, and is unexpired, you should be able to reassign it to someone else in your Family & Friends list in your My Disney Experience account. Log in to your account, select “My Reservations,” click on the ticket you’d like to reassign, and then use the Reassign button to assign it to someone in your Family & Friends list

Since you’re not having any luck doing this, your next step is to contact the very helpful Cast Members on the My Disney Experience support team, who can be reached at (407) 939-4357. I’m always amazed at how quickly they can solve my problems – it’s like magic!

Emma, have so much fun planning your visit to Walt Disney World. This is a fantastic year to visit, so be sure to read the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest news, and please come back and see us if you have any further questions.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
