Hey there, Jimena!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, it’s so nice to hEAR from you! Oh no, this sounds like it was quite the adventure. Let’s see what we can do to clear this up!
First, have you been able to get back into that first account? If not, you might want to consider reaching out to the
Website Support team to see what you can do so that you can access those original tickets. As you may already know, according to the
eTicket Terms & Conditions, theme park tickets are nonrefundable.
I do recommend reaching out to the Disneyland Resort, by phone or
email, and explaining this situation to a Cast Member there. They might be able to offer a different solution. Otherwise, you can hang onto both sets of tickets and use the second set at a later time. Wholly unused and expired theme park tickets can be used towards the purchase of a new ticket that is equal to or greater than the existing value. So you do have that option as well!
Jimena, I hope these suggestions help resolve this minor hiccup! Enjoy your
upcoming visit and if there’s anything else you need,
you know where to find us!
