Hello and welcome to planDisney, Irene. We're so glad you stopped by with your question. I'm so excited about your visit to the
Disneyland Resort and am delighted to help with your question.
Families stick together so let's make sure we get your tickets all linked together. Although the Disneyland site says that up to five tickets can be linked under one account, I chatted with a Cast Member who shared that there really is no limit. Just like Dory, you can continue to keep swimming and keep linking your tickets. If you find that you aren't able to do this on the site, you can also try linking the additional ticket, once you arrive, in the Disneyland app. To do this, you will open the app and tap on the three horizontal bars in the lower right corner, then tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile. In the upper right corner, tap the "+" and then "Link Tickets & Passes". From this screen you can manually type in the ticket ID number using "Type ID" or use the "Camera" feature to scan the ticket's barcode.
Now you're all linked together and ready for a magical time. If you decide to use Disney Genie+ Service during your stay, you will now be able to make Lightning Lane selections for your entire family within the Disneyland app. This will ensure you all have the same Lightning Lane entrance arrival window.
It's an especially exciting year at the Disneyland Resort with the
Disney100 Celebration in full swing. There are two amazing new nighttime spectaculars that recently made their debut and I highly recommend checking them out during your visit. I really loved
Wondrous Journeys in Disneyland Park. It was quite a sight to see Baymax flying over Sleeping Beauty Castle.
Irene, I hope this has been helpful. Please visit us again with any other questions you may have as you continue to plan your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth. Even feel free to
ask me directly. Until then, I wish you happy planning.
Have a magical day,
Michelle
