Hi Sharon!
Welcome to planDisney.
It's always a pleasure to assist my fellow guests from the UK, and I'm very happy to help you organise your tickets so you can start planning for your holiday.
The ID number you have been given should be sufficient to link your tickets to your account. Sometimes, if you buy tickets as a stand-alone purchase (ie not linked with a hotel reservation or holiday package) you will have to visit Will Call to have them link your tickets for you. There's no reason why you shouldn't press the link now and see what happens - it might link your tickets for you and you'll be all set to go. If not, visit Will Call - before you enter any theme park - so they can do this for you.
To check whether your park tickets are linked, using My Disney Experience on the website go to '
Plans and Tickets', scroll down past '
Your Upcoming Reservation', and '
Your Planning Party' to '
My Plans, Reservations and Tickets'. Under that heading you'll see '
Daily Itinerary' and '
Tickets, Passes and Memory Maker' click on that to see if your tickets are showing up.
If you are still having difficulty linking your tickets please call 'Technical and Website Support' on the freephone UK number on this
contact list. Alternatively, once you have arrived at Walt Disney World please visit any Guest Relations window at any theme park, water park or
Disney Springs Ticket Center who will be happy to assist you.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions, and if you need further clarification about any of the above,
please send me a direct question and I will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort.
Sue
