Debbie Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I have brought a day ticket and have been sent a confirmation email with a reference number on it but not the park tickets, I was told I could link it all up to my Disney experience b4 we go but nothing give las me the option to put in the reference number

    Hi Debbie!

Purchasing tickets online is so exciting because it means you are one step closer to your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!  When you purchase tickets online and receive a confirmation email, that email includes a barcode.  Just beneath that barcode, you will see a long number.  This is your Ticket Order Number.  When you go to link your theme park tickets either online on your My Disney Experience account or on the My Disney Experience mobile app, this is the number that you will need to use.

To link your tickets online, just log in to your My Disney Experience account and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu.  You can then hover over "Park Tickets," and click "Link Tickets" to follow the steps.  You can also click "Add More Plans," select "Link Reservations and Purchases," select "Tickets," and follow the instructions.  On the My Disney Experience mobile app, click "My Tickets," click the "+" in the upper right hand corner, select "Link Tickets & Passes," and then follow the instructions.  Just remember to use the Ticket Order Number and not your confirmation number to link your tickets!  Once they are linked and your FastPass+ booking window arrives, you can begin making your FastPass+ selections!
