    We brought 1 Day Park Hoppers tickets from our children’s school in February 2020. The tickets say 1 Day Park Hopper Commentary. My questions will be be able to use the tickets if they expire before our date?

    According to eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Because the tickets were from your children’s school, the Cast Member I spoke to recommended reaching out to the organization to ensure there are no additional guidelines that should be followed. Otherwise, when you’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
