Hi, I brought the Canada Resident Disneyland tickets back in December 2019. I linked the tickets into my Disneyland account. May I know when will the expiration date be for my tickets? Thanks, Yow

    Hi there Guangyow,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out to us here with your question.  I am so sorry to hear that you have not been able to use your Theme Park Tickets as of yet, hopefully you will be back at the Happiest Place on Earth soon!

Since Disneyland Resort was temporarily closed last year most Theme Park Tickets, including the Canadian Resident Tickets have had the expiration extended until December 16, 2021.  If you would like to check the date on your Theme Park Tickets, you may need to re-link the tickets on the Disneyland Mobile App in order to see the updated expiry date.  If after re-linking your Theme Park Tickets the date has not changed, or you cannot see them, I recommend calling Ticket Services in order to help get your Theme Park Tickets properly set up.

Being Canadian myself, I know it is still difficult for us to travel internationally, given all of the travel restrictions.  With that being said, if you are unable to visit Disneyland Resort prior to the extended expiry date, you will be able to use the value of your expired Theme Park Tickets toward the purchase of new Theme Park Tickets for when you are able to visit again.

Sending extra Pixie Dust in hope you will get back to Disneyland Resort soon, Guangyow.  If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back to planDisney, we are always happy to help.
