Hello Adrian,
It's always fun for me at the current
British Mum here at planDisney, when I get the pixie-dusted opportunity of assisting a fellow Guest from the United Kingdom.
I'm delighted to hEAR that you've got a jolly Florida holiday to look forward to during April, and I can bet that you're beginning to get excited now that
Spring at Walt Disney World Resort is only just a hop-skip-and-a-jump away!
Adrian, I can of course understand your frustrations at not being able to successfully link your already purchased
Disney Magic Tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. Plus, I feel sure that you'll be keen to make those all-important
Disney Park Pass reservations once you've gone ahead and successfully linked those tickets to your account.
Therefore, I'm going to do my bibbidi-bobbidi best to try and help you today!
Firstly, it might be useful to know that when purchasing any tickets direct from the
Walt Disney Travel Company, that after purchase, you'll receive an email containing your Will Call ticket voucher. At the top of the Will Call voucher, you will see a printed bar code with a number beneath it - this number is the one that should be added to your My Disney Experience account to successfully link a ticket.
If you purchased your Disney Magic Tickets from another vendor, other than from direct with Disney, you may need to contact the vendor for further information concerning your tickets.
Hopefully, with just a little, faith, trust, and pixie dust you've now been able to link your Disney Magic Tickets to your My Disney Experience account! However, if that's not the case, and you are still experiencing difficulties, then I suggest speaking in person with a knowledgeable Cast Member who will be able to access your account and help you further.
To connect with a Cast Member, please dial the UK freephone number for
Disney Park Tickets contained within this handy
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory. Prior to calling, Adrian, you'll want to have all your Will Call information close to hand.
I sincerely hope that I've been able to provide some useful insight for you today. If you should have any further questions, then please do feel free to pop back to me here at planDisney.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
