My 2 brothers,3 sisters and myself, along with all our spouses are planning a trip to WDW in May of 2018. An all adult trip! We're wondering when dates for 2018 will be released so we can actually start our adventure in planning😊

    Hello Karen!

It sounds like you and your siblings are planning quite the magical adventure. Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel so we can help out.

Historically, vacation packages are released sometime in the summer before for the following year. It's most likely that trend will continue and we'll see a post on the Disney Parks Blog around mid-summer. I know it might seem like forever from now when you're excited to get planning, so to help pass the time I'm including links to two exciting things you may want to check out for your trip next May.

First, Pandora - The World of Avatar will be opening this May and is sure to be incredible. You'll definitely want to check it out and follow along with this year's opening so you'll know what to expect next summer.

Also, May is host to one of my favorite events, the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. I recommend looking at all that is available this year, to help you plan out your visit next May.

Happy planning Karen, and if there is anything else we are able to help you with, please don't hesitate to send us another question or two. We love to hear from you,

    Magical Wishes,

Meet the Panelist: Lauren, Colorado

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
