My brother's family will be going to DW at the same time as my family. How would I make ADRs to ensure that we are sat together? For dinner shows that require advance payment, can both of us pay separately but still be sat together?

    Hi there, Carolyn!

Grand Gatherings at the Walt Disney World Resort are one of my very favorite things! I really love sharing such a magical experience with my extended family.

Once you decide on times and locations of the Advanced Dining Reservations that you'd like to make, I recommend calling Disney Dining at407.WDW.DINE [939.3463] to make those reservations over the phone. You can do one of a couple of things. You can either make two separate reservations at around the same time, or you can make one reservation for both parties all together. For the dinner shows that require payment in advance, you can make those separately and just ask the Cast Member to put you both into the same, or approximate time slot. When you check in for the reservations, simply let the hostess know that you'd like to sit together. I've often found that we enjoy 2 tables right next to each other as opposed to 1 long table because we can see and hear each other.

Thanks so much for stopping by the Moms Panel, Carolyn! I sure hope this helps!

Wishing you a Pixie Dusted vacation!
