Aloha, Pheobe!
Welcome to planDisney and mahalo (that means "thank you" in Hawaiian) for stopping by with your question. How thoughtful that you are thinking of sending something special and "shiny" to your brother and his wife to celebrate their
momentous occasion. Pheobe,
Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, is such a special place for any celebration, as it's the perfect combination of the spirit of Aloha and the magic of Disney all in one.
Pheobe, you certainly can send a gift to be delivered to their room for their arrival. You have a few options. While Aulani currently does not offer an in-house flowers and gifts service, they do work with three local vendors who can deliver flowers or fruit. The Front Desk also accepts packages, so if you were ordering a gift online or sending one directly from home, it can be received. Just be sure and put their name on it so it gets to them. One thing to note, however, is to be aware of additional shipping times as items sent from the Mainland USA or from other countries to Hawaii will take extra time to arrive.
Here's another idea for you, Phoebe. Why not consider gifting them a special experience during their stay at Aulani? I recommend a
special excursion, like a horseback adventure through the magnificent Kualoa Ranch or a catamaran experience, where the newlyweds can enjoy the Hawaiian sun and sea while keeping an eye out for dolphins, sea turtles, and humpback whales. Other wonderful activities include a spa experience at the
Laniwai Day Spa or a special dinner overlooking the sun setting on the horizon at the beautiful
'Ama'Ama restaurant. To book any of these special activities, you can contact the
Holoholo Desk at Aulani who can arrange any of the activities or reservations for your family. They can help you with the best way to offer these opportunities as a gift or can provide additional ideas to help make your brother's honeymoon special.
If you have any more Aulani questions, stop back and see me here. At planDisney, we are your vacation planning 'ohana. 'Ohana means family and that means nobody is left behind.
Magically Yours,
Keri
