Jambo Dan,
Welcome to planDisney! I love that Walt Disney World Resort has Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and Villas. The décor is breathtaking, and getting to wake up to over 200 exotic animal friends makes you feel like you really are in a Disney movie. At
Kidani Village, you are also super close to
Sanaa, one of my favorite dining locations at Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to order the Indian-style Bread Service. The Tamarind Chutney mixed with the Cucumber Raita is divine. It is the perfect appetizer for sharing and is my absolute favorite. Now that I’ve made myself hungry, allow me to answer your question.
In my experience, your brother will be able to come to visit you at Kidani Village. When I was staying at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge in December, my significant other dropped by to bring me a case of water during my trip. He simply provided my room number and name to the Cast Member at the front gate, showed his license, and was granted entry to come visit me. I have heard that if the parking lot is full, Cast Members may be unable to allow non-resort Guests to park and visit, but I’ve never personally had this happen to me. If you are worried about this, I would recommend having your brother book a dining reservation at Sanaa for you to meet up. Guests with dining reservations are always welcome to park at Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotels. You both get to enjoy a yummy meal and visit one of the best resorts on property.
I hope you have a magical visit at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas Dan!
Kwaherini,
Ashley F.
