Hello My brother is trying to add myself and my three children to his Disneyland experience family members list and it isn't allowing him to do so how do we get our names on the list and the tickets for the dates we all want to go?

    Hey there, Briana!

Welcome to planDisney. It sounds like you’re planning a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth with some very important people soon! Oh, what fun!

If no one in your group has purchased theme park tickets yet, there’s no need to link your account to theirs in advance for a Disneyland Resort vacation. The easiest approach would be to simply have one person (like your brother, for example) be in charge of purchasing tickets and making theme park reservations for all of you. He will be able to buy tickets for each person and reserve your theme park days all in the same transaction!

If some of you already have theme park tickets and others don't, the person making the theme park reservations can add the existing tickets to their Disney account using the Disneyland mobile app in a few simple steps. Tap on the icon that looks like three horizontal lines to reach the main menu. Tap "Tickets and Passes" and then the “+” symbol. Tap “Link Tickets & Passes” and scan the barcode for each family member’s ticket with the smartphone's camera or enter the ticket ID numbers manually. Once the tickets are added, locate the section labeled “Park Reservations.” Tap the “Manage or Make Reservations” link and then “Book Theme Park Reservation'' to create the party. On the next screen, all linked tickets should appear and you can select whose tickets you want to use to book the reservation.

Please keep in mind that you may not be able to locate your linked tickets under the “My Disneyland” tab when logged into your account on Disneyland.com, although there is an option to link tickets via the website. However, if you previously linked them either online or in the app and you do see them in the “Tickets and Passes” section of the Disneyland app, you’re good to go!

I hope this answers your question, Briana, and that your Disneyland Resort family vacation is perfectly pixie-dusted!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
