My brother is a FL resident and bought my 3 yr daughter pass for her birthday he was planning on visiting the parks with us. due to a change at work he is no longer able to get the days off. Our we going to have an issue using it since we dont live in fl?

    Hi, Barry!

Disney is pretty diligent about protecting the integrity of its Florida resident promotions. When you purchase in person or pick up your Florida Resident pass (of any type), you are required to provide proof of Florida residency for every adult pass purchased.

Because children, with some exceptions, do not typically have proof of residency documents, Disney does operate under the honor system with the adult parents and/or guardians of these minor children.

For more information. check out the Florida Resident passholder program page online.

    See you later, celebrator,
