Hi Jessica! Welcome back to planDisney.
First, I want to thank your brother for his service and sacrifice to this great nation! Very soon, he will be enjoying the magic of
The World's Most Magical Celebration. While exploring the parks, tell him to look for the golden
Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. They make fun and unique photo opportunities to share on social media. At
EPCOT, you can find everyone's favorite warm hugs-loving snowman, Olaf.
While I am not sure if physical tickets were intended to be mailed, with his confirmation code, he can link his ticket to the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Open the app, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, select "Tickets and Passes," tap the "+" sign in the top right-hand corner, followed by "Link Tickets & Passes," and enter the confirmation code.
I would recommend setting up a
Disney MagicMobile Digital Pass which eliminates the need for a physical ticket altogether. To do this, select "Disney MagicMobile," click on the "+" sign in the top right-hand corner, select the guest, and follow the prompts to create your pass. Add your digital pass to your Apple Wallet, Apple Watch, or digital wallet. If using an Apple device I always recommend setting your pass to "Express Mode." By doing this step, you will not have to unlock your device at the gates.
Alternatively, he could use any active MagicBand or ticket card from a previous trip. And finally, he can always stop by any ticket booth located outside of the parks or
The Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs for a complimentary ticket card. I recommend having your original form of payment, photo ID, and confirmation email.
Friendly reminder, a valid Theme Park Ticket, and
Disney Park Pass Reservation is required to visit the theme parks. Check out the
availability calendar to verify his desired parks have openings.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
