my brother and I planned a vacation to Disney together. I bought the tickets on my Disney account. However due to covid we did not go. Now he and his daughter are going at a different date than we plan to. Can I transfer his tickets to his account?

    Welcome to planDisney, Erica!

A brother-sister trip to Walt Disney World sounds absolutely magical, but until you can make that happen, it's easy to transfer unused Theme Park Tickets to your brother and his daughter.

First, be sure that you are both on each other's Family & Friends list in your My Disney Experience accounts. Next, on Walt Disney World's homepage, hover your cursor over the My Disney Experience tab, near the top on the right, and select "My Plans". There, you should see those two tickets that you purchased listed under the  "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab. At that point, you can reassign those tickets to anyone on your Family & Friends list.

Once assigned to your brother and his daughter, he'll be able to use those tickets to make their park touring plans, including securing reservations in the Disney Park Pass system. For more information about reassigning tickets, take a look at this helpful post on Tickets - Frequently Asked Questions. Should you need further ticket assistance, call (407) 939-5277, and a Cast Member will gladly help.

When you are ready to pack some pixie dust into your brother's plans or new plans of your own, be sure to send additional questions our way, Erica. We love to help!
