How kind of your brother to purchase
Florida Resident tickets for your children. I’d say that earns him “HERO” status in my opinion!
To link tickets in your My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right of your app and select the tile labeled “Tickets and Passes.” Click on the + in the top right and select “Link Tickets & Passes.” This page will allow you to link tickets by scanning the barcode on the ticket, tapping the ticket to your phone, or typing in the ID number located on your ticket. Once the tickets are linked, you can reassign them to your children. If you are having difficulty with this step, I recommend speaking with a Cast Member at the number listed under “
Existing Tickets.” Your brother may be the one who will need to call as they may ask for the ticket order confirmation number as well as Florida residency information.
Don’t forget that in order to activate the tickets, your brother will need to be present with his
proof of Florida residency available. This can be done at
Guest Relations outside of any theme park. Several of my fellow panelists have shared that ticket activation can also be completed at
Guest Services in Disney Springs with a much shorter wait.
