My brother is a florda resident and wants to pay for my kids 11 and 6 tickets for a trip for their birthday. We are not florida residents. Is this possible?

Hi Alicia - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for stopping by with your question about Florida Resident tickets. I'm so excited that your little Mouseketeers will be able to experience all the fun and magic of the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration during the upcoming visit!

As a Florida resident, your brother can purchase Florida Resident Theme Park tickets for himself, other adult Florida residents, as well as for your little ones. Guests over the age of 18 must provide Proof of Florida Residency to use tickets EARmarked for those living in Mickey's backyard, so other adults in your party who reside out of state will not be eligible to use those tickets.

Your brother can provide Proof of Florida Residency online with select forms of documentation online as part of the ticket purchase process, or in-person at any ticket window or Guest Relations. Be sure to have him also check out the amazing Special Offers reserved exclusively for Florida Residents for stays at Disney Resorts Collection hotels.

I hope this information helps your crew plan this amazing birthday trip for your kiddos - please let me know if other questions arise that we can help with!
