Hi Aimee, welcome to planDisney!
Thanks for bringing your question to us, I'm happy to help!
As long as your brother's tickets are unused and not expired, you can certainly use them! Tickets are not assigned to a Guest until the Guest walks through the
Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Turnstiles, and has their ticket scanned and photo taken by the Cast Member. So there would be no issue with you using those tickets!
But with that said, as your brother bought the six tickets back in 2018, I would expect they would be expired by now. But to confirm, I'll walk you through the steps of locating the expiration dates on those tickets. I find that the
Disneyland Mobile App is the easiest way to locate the expiration date of tickets. Once you load up the App, click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and select "Tickets and Passes". You should see your tickets along with their expiration dates. If you don't see your tickets there, then you'll need to link them to your account. You should see a "Link Tickets & Passes", and that should take you through the steps to link your tickets. Once your tickets are linked, you should see your tickets there along with their expiration dates.
If the tickets are expired, don't worry, you still have options! Per
Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. Just visit the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths and the amazing Cast Members can certainly help! If it's hard to visit, you can also try calling the
Disneyland Resort Ticket Line at 714-781-4636!
See ya real soon!
