Hi, Kimberly!
Typically, strollers are not allowed into attraction queues and must be left in a designated 'stroller parking' area near each attraction. However, due to your daughter's special circumstances alternative arrangements are available to you so your family will still have a magical vacation!
Visit Guest Services as soon as you enter the theme parks and explain your situation to a Cast Member. Together, you will decide on the best option for your daughter. One option that may be available to you is to designate you are using the stroller as a wheelchair. You will receive a tag to attach to the stroller so Cast Members will be made aware your stroller is needed in the queues for medical reasons. Your daughter does need to transfer out of the stroller to ride the attractions and can get right back on when she is finished.
Wishing you and your family a magical vacation, Kimberly!
