Is a broken arm in a cast considered a disability?

    Hi Amy!

To begin, I'm so sorry you, or someone in your traveling party, had an accident!

This is a great question, but one that will ultimately be decided when you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort.

Once you arrive, you are welcome to speak with Guest Relations and have a discussion with the Cast Members regarding the Disability Access Service. You will discuss your situation with the Cast Members and will make the determination together if you qualify for the Disability Access Service accommodations.

If you would like further information prior to your vacation, please contact Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com.

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I wish you a vacation filled with magical memories!
