I broke the glass the first time hanging my daughters cut out portrait. I just need a bed piece of glass. Where can I get one? As a reference it is the oval Frame that the artist cuts out of a side profile of your face.

    Hello, Yadira,

Thank you for sending your question to planDisney.  I believe you are asking about the Silhouette Portraits that can be made at Disney Springs or the Magic Kingdom.  We had them made for each of our sons when they were two years old (they are in their twenties now!), and they are one of my absolute favorite purchases we made at Walt Disney World. They are on display in a prominent location in our home for us to enjoy every single day.  Knowing how much I love ours, I imagine you are anxious to repair your daughter's portrait so it can be back on display soon.

To replace the glass, I don't believe you need anything specific to Walt Disney World.  You could go to a local framing store or glass store who should be able to make a replacement glass piece to fit the frame.  However, if you do not have easy access to one, you could contact the online Merchandise Guest Support Center by calling (877) 560-6477 or by emailing Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com to see if they might be able to track down a replacement piece of glass for you or even a new frame for you.

Wishing you a Disney Day!  Please let us know if we can help with any further questions. -Kara
