Hey there Alyssa,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! I'm sorry to hear that you broke your foot - wishing you a speedy recovery.
However, I'm happy to share with you that your knee scooter sounds like it should work just fine from the details you shared. According to the
Park Rules and Regulations page, it states that, "wheeled mobility devices with less than 3 wheels or devices that cannot maintain stability and balance when stopped, unpowered and/or unoccupied" are prohibited. Additionally, it says that "devices should be single rider and not exceed 36" (92 cm) in width and 52" (132 cm) in length."
From what you shared, your 4 wheel knee scooter is within these specifications and therefore would be totally fine to bring in with you to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Also, while thrill rides like
Matterhorn Bobsleds might be a bit too intense with a broken foot, there are still plenty of attractions that should be fine to still experience - just make sure to follow guidance from your doctor!
Beyond that, there is no shortage of fun happening around the Disneyland Resort this month including all the fun that comes with the
70th Celebration, some
delicious new sweets and treats, and Tapestry of Happiness, which is projected on the façade of
“it’s a small world."
Thanks again for your question, Alyssa! I hope you have a wonderful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth next week.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
