My first piece of advice would be to call the number at the bottom of the receipt that you got with your coffee mug (if you still have the receipt) as this number will connect you directly to some friendly Cast Members that can hopefully help you out!
The next thing you can try is placing a call to (877) 560-6477. This is the general Merchandise Guest Services line. If you explain your situation, they may be able to help you there too! You could also send an email to merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com for assistance.

mug selection on shopDisney.com! You may be able to find a replacement there!
