Brining infant to Disney that is too young to sit up in stroller. planning on using the infant carrier (matches the stroller and doubles as an infant car seat) but read they are not allowed on the buses. Is this true even if Infant is removed from carrier?

Hi Chelsie! My granddaughter has recently grown out of her combo car seat/stroller and she used it during her first Disney trip this past fall. It makes it so much easier having a combination when traveling.

The Disney complimentary Bus Transportation requires all strollers to be folded so you would indeed have to remove the car seat insert to do that. We always carried our granddaughter in our arms and someone else had the carrier which was empty. They sat and had that on their lap with maybe a package or purse inside. You cannot use the carrier as a car seat on the buses as there are no seat belts to safely fasten them. We were never told we could not do this although if you tried having the infant inside it might be a different story.

Strollers are allowed to remain open with the children inside on the large boats used for transportation as well as the monorails so it would not be an issue when using them.
