We are bringing our 3 yr son and 3 month daughter in October. We plan to do 2 days at MK and we have one other after 4pm pass. We are debating between HS and Epcot to visit on that day. Which park would you choose for that age group? Thank you!

Hello again Sara! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

If I had to choose another theme park to visit (besides Magic Kingdom Park) with children, I would choose Epcot! First this park will most likely offer you later hours than Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Second there are a lot of really fun and interactive things that you three year old son would really enjoy.
I would plan to spend a lot of time in The Seas with Nemo & Friends. After you get off of the actual ride, you can spend plenty of time in the pavilion that houses a huge saltwater aquarium. With dolphins playing, fish swimming, stingrays soaring, you never know what animals you will get to see. Living with the Land is another family favorite. Take a slow moving boat ride through some of Epcot’s greenhouses and learn all about a variety of different plants and how they are maintained.

There is plenty to see and do at World Showcase. There are Kidcot Fun Stops that get your kids to interact with people from all over the world! These stops offer crafts, coloring, drawing, and even a chance for your kids to learn how to say “hello” in other languages. There is also plenty of entertainment throughout World Showcase. We love to stop and dance together to British Revolution at the United Kingdom area.

During your visit in October, the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival presented by Chase will be happening! This is a great event for the adults and children. You can sample a variety of foods from some of the almost 30 countries represented! It is a great way to introduce your children to different food!

I hope that I have helped to answer your question! Have a magical time!
