Having a pre-schooler myself, I certainly understand the question. Disney has a nice menu option on their "Attractions" site that shows age-appropriate rides and attractions for children.
To take a look, click here to go to the Attractions page.
On the menu options to the left, click on "Recommended Ages" and place a check mark next to "Pre-Schoolers."
This will now filter rides/attractions at all the parks that are appropriate for pre-schoolers.
