I am bringing my 18 year old son and his 17 year old best friend to Orlando and plan to get 5 day park hopper passes for them. How do I set up mobile app access for their tickets?

Hey there Maureen and welcome back to planDisney!

Taking your son and his best friend to the Walt Disney World earns you the best mom ever award. Visiting the Disney Parks with teenagers makes for a super smooth trip. They manage themselves and their own money and the best part is, there's no diaper bag!

You can purchase the tickets in the My Disney Experience app. Just tap the icon at the bottom right of the screen. Select Tickets and Passes and then Select Tickets. Follow the prompts to get your Theme Park Tickets set up just the way you want them and buy away!

To give your son and his friend access to their own tickets have them both download the My Disney Experience app and create their own accounts. You can then connect with them via the Family & Friends list. Open the app and tap the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Tap My Profile and then click on Show My Linking Code and scan their QR Codes to add them to your list. You can then reassign the tickets you bought to them.

Maureen, you're the best! Your son and his friend will look back on this trip when they have kids of their own with such fond memories. Thanks for letting me help!

    Happy planning!
