I am bringing my 7 year old for the first time in Oct. We have made our reservation for the Music Resort. I've heard sometimes they do free dining? When could I find that out and would I have to call and ask for it to be added? Or will it auto. add it?

Hi Megan,

It sounds like you are going to have some fun in October with your little one! Fall is such a wonderful season to visit Walt Disney World Resort. Everything is beautifully decorated and the weather is typically quite pleasant!

If you are hoping to catch a free-dining special offer, I recommend keeping a close watch on the Special Offers page on the Disney website as well as the Disney Parks Blog for updates. If and when any fall deals are released, you will need to call the reservations line to see if you are eligible to take advantage of the offer. If you are using a Travel Agent, they will certainly be able to take care of this for you!

I don't know if dining specials will be offered in the fall. But in past years, these deals were announced in the summer time so keep checking back for new information.
