We are bringing our son who is just going to turn 3 at the beginning of March and our other son who is going to turn 6 while we are in WDW. Our youngest is not 40 inches tall yet. Will we need to pay for him to get in? Or is there a height requirement

    Hi Julie,

Will your youngest son already be 3 as of the first day of your vacation?  If so, then yes - he will need a ticket to enter the parks. Disney's pricing on tickets is based on age, not height.  Even though your youngest isn't quite 40" yet, there are still plenty of attractions he can enjoy.  You can check this link for a listing of attractions with height requirements.
