Hi Ashley!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited for your son's upcoming birthday celebration with Mickey! Vacationing at Walt Disney World Resort is always magical, but celebrating a birthday or special occasion makes a Disney vacation unforgettable! I have a toddler-aged Mouseketeer and am happy to share with you my tips for a pixie-dusted time at the park!
Planning for Pre-School Kids & Little Ones is so much fun! If your toddler is excited to see Disney Characters, I recommend looking into Character Dining, like breakfast at
The Crystal Palace with Winnie the Pooh and his friends! This is the perfect way to get pictures with many of your son's favorite pals without having to wait in line! Speaking of waiting in line, bringing snacks to have on hand is the perfect distraction while waiting in line for an attraction or while waiting for a parade to begin. If your little guy is a bundle of energy, keep an eye out for dance parties or play areas throughout each of the four theme parks. One of my favorite dance parties is the
Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It! Street Party!
Since your little one will be celebrating a big birthday, be sure to grab a complimentary birthday button at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, or in any of the four theme parks! Cast Members and Guests will go out of their way to wish him a happy birthday!
Please don't hesitate to come back and visit us again with any future questions!
