Hi, I am bringing my son and grandaughters to wdw this summer. I am still not sure about Memory Maker, I have several character dining reservations, and BOG, do I have to tell every place I go, do I have to notify a ride attendant to have pics taken ?

    Hi Jennifer,

I would definitely recommend purchasing Disney Memory Maker, especially since you have reservations at several Disney Character Dining locations. The Disney Memory Maker is such a great value! It will allow you to download all of our digital PhotoPass photos and share them in a variety of ways.

No, you will not have to notify ride attendants to have your photos taken at each attraction. Ride photos can be linked by using the MagicBands or admission cards associated with your Disney account—including Memory Maker cards and Disney PhotoPass Cards. So be sure to link the Disney Memory Maker to your Disney account! Some digital content, such as attraction videos, will require the use of MagicBands to automatically associate such content with your Disney account. So be sure to wear those MagicBands when you hop on a ride. You really don't want to miss out on that slow-motion video of your family on the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train or The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™.

Disney Mom Tip: Follow these easy step-by-step instructions for adding Family & Friends to your Disney account list. This will enable you to view, download and share Disney Memory Maker photos with each other and even via social media too!

Wishing you an unforgettable vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
