I am bringing my son to Disneyland for the first time in the beginning of December 2015. Do you have any tips on what days are best to visit the parks? Is one park less populated on certain days of the week? Thanks for all your help!

    Hello Shannon!

December is a great time of year to visit Disneyland Resort! With the parks decorated for the holidays, it makes for some amazing family photographs as well!

It’s always difficult to predict just how busy one park will be over the other, but a great rule of thumb is to try to visit Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park mid-week to have the lowest crowd numbers.

Disneyland has also put together a great When to Visit guide that helps you plan giving estimated park hours, average temperatures and what themes or events might be taking place. One thing you won’t want to miss is A Christmas Fantasy Parade where characters are bringing the guests extra holiday cheer!

Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the events and details for the 2015 holiday season events and offerings as they are the best source of breaking information, and feel free to ask myself or anyone on the Disney Parks Moms Panel any other questions you may have while planning your trip.

    See you real soon!
