We are bringing our six grandchildren to WDW and have quick dining plans for all. The two youngest are on the child's plan but one is a very picky eater. Can we get her an adult meal if there is nothing on the children's menu that she likes?

Hi Debbie! We usually get questions asking if adult kids can order off the children's menus and not the reverse. It is nice to see that one of your grandchildren has a sophisticated palate. You will find that most of the menu choices for the children are quite vast and includes healthy choices as well as some of the normal options such as chicken and burgers.

The Quick Service Dining Plan does not allow children 3-9 to order off the adult menu when there is a choice. You could certainly see if one of the other children might want to do a swap for that meal if your grandchild does not see anything that appeals to him/her. You can also purchase separately something for them but being on the dining plan it is hard to have to pay extra for food that is already included in your vacation package.

If you have dining plans made then you can sit down and go over the menus of those locations with your grandchild to be prepared for their choices before getting there.
