We are bringing in a refillable water bottle to fill up as we go through the parks. Where are the water fountains located at in each park and is the water somewhat cold. Usually most water fountains the water is warm and if its hot it will taste terrible

Hi Jeremy! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Can you believe that your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is SO close now?! With summer temperatures approaching it is very important to plan ahead to stay well hydrated. Bringing a water bottle with you to the theme parks will help with that!

I usually find water fountains near the restrooms in the theme parks. You can locate the nearest restroom by picking up a park map when you arrive for the day, or by viewing the map on the My Disney Experience mobile app. When you are in the app, simply touch the map to bring up the full view, then select "Wait Times" and a drop-down menu will appear. Select "Restrooms" and all of the locations will pop-up on the map.

The location of the water fountain will determine the temperature of the water. Some water fountains are shaded against buildings and tend to be a little cooler than the ones out in the open. Did you know that you can get complimentary cups of ice water from many Quick-Service locations? I recommend you request the cups of water and refill your water bottles with those instead of relying on the water fountains. It is much more refreshing that way!

Enjoy your visit, Jeremy! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
