    We are bringing our princess loving little girl to Disney World for her 5th birthday in May. 1st time booking a Disney trip...We have promised her she would be spending her actual Birthday dinner at CRT, but it's booked. Suggestions?

    First of all, happy early birthday wishes to your tiny princess!  Celebrating birthdays at Walt Disney World adds such magic to an already special day.  I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to get dining reservations at Cinderella's Royal Table.  That is one of THE most popular restaurants on property for obvious reasons, so many times it is booked up180 days in advance.  Never fear, I have some suggestions that might turn this situation around for you.

    First, keep trying!  Call them daily as you never know when someone might cancel their reservation. You can also try the concierge upon arrival!

    Next, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Norway at Epcot has a princess meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner with many of the same princesses!  The food is amazing (and in my opinion, even better than at Cinderella's Castle) with some delicious Norwegian dishes, such as Kjottkake (Norwegian meatballs).

    Lastly, 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian has dinner with Cinderella, Prince Charming, her stepmother and stepsisters.  Just a word of caution on this one, though, while meeting Cinderella is a sweet and memorable experience, the stepmother and stepsisters are very much in character and may come off as rude and mean to a five year old! This princess meal is only offered at dinner, as breakfast at this restaurant is with Alice in Wonderland, Mary Poppins, and Pooh.
