Hi, there!
I'm so happy to hear you'll be visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort with a little one in tow! Our son made his first visit when he was just a year old, and the memories we made that vacation are just priceless. It's my pleasure to recommend some must-visit experiences that are perfect for your little guy.
At Magic Kingdom Park, visit Peter Pan's Flight, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Walt Disney World Railroad, "it's a small world," and Dumbo the Flying Elephant. The queue for Dumbo the Flying Elephant is an indoor circus-themed playground with a small area in the middle that's just perfect for Disney's littlest Guests. When our son was a year old, he loved the tiny firetruck there - we couldn't peel him away to go fly with Dumbo!
In Disney's Hollywood Studios, be sure to visit Disney Junior - Live on Stage! Your little guy will really get a kick out of this interactive show with Mickey Mouse and some of his Disney Junior pals.
At Epcot, take your son for a dive at The Seas with Nemo & Friends. Once you exit your "clamobile," you can explore the Seas Pavilion aquarium. We have the most precious picture of a scuba diver waving to our 1-year old there. My heart melts every time I see it! Our little guy also liked the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros and Journey Into Imagination with Figment when he was super small.
In Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, you MUST take your 1-year old on an African safari at Kilimanjaro Safaris. Visit Na'vi River Journey and Festival of the Lion King too.
Did you know there's a conveniently located
Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks?
Wishing you the most magical visit, Jun!
